Apprenticeship as a cook and experience in a similar position and in high-quality, creative, market-fresh cuisine, proven specialist, quality and hygiene conscious, leadership qualities, high social competence, business management thinking and acting, flair for numbers, confident in calculations, middle brigade, independent, confident taste, creative, proactive and ambitious.
