Your Tasks
- Support of hospital management in operational daily business as well as independent assumption of organizational, administrative and strategic tasks
- Accompanying and taking over projects
- Content-related and organizational preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and other events
- Timely preparation of decision templates, presentations, evaluations and protocols
- Further development and optimization of cross-departmental processes
- Interface to internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector desirable
- Knowledge in controlling
- Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and other relevant software applications
- High social competence, personal sovereignty, discretion and loyalty
- Willingness to learn and further develop
