Financial Officer

We are looking for a financial officer to support financial and administrative tasks starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. In your role, you report directly to the CEO and work closely with the program teams.

Your tasks

• Management of financial accounting including annual financial statements and audits
• Accounts payable and receivable accounting (including invoicing and dunning)
• Payroll accounting, payroll administration, and expense reports
• Monthly reporting for management
• Member administration

Your profile

• Completed high school diploma or commercial school
• Good school grades and a strong interest in economic and educational policy topics
• Knowledge and experience in financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting
• Good ICT user skills (MS Office)
• High level of responsibility, team player, resilient and flexible
• Quick comprehension as well as independent, discreet, precise, and reliable working style
• Good German skills; knowledge of French, English, and Italian is an advantage
