The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. Profile:
The Nursing Service of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys employs about 500 collaborators, distributed across various departments in the two locations (Bellinzona and Acquarossa) in a context of Relationship-Based Care.
Necessary requirements
She is collaborative and has a good predisposition for teamwork.
She has good organizational skills and is able to manage her own work independently, paying particular attention to compliance with order and procedures; she is also dynamic and proactive by nature.
Good knowledge of IT tools completes the profile.
She believes, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention and dedicates herself personally and actively to her continuous improvement.
