About the job

• Ensuring and monitoring optimal delivery readiness
• Planning and scheduling our distribution routes using various IT systems
• Operational management of our driver team in teamwork within the dispatch team
• Technical and execution responsibility for maintenance and repairs of our fleet of 23 vehicles as well as damage processing
• Monitoring compliance with the ARV (Working and Rest Time Ordinance) of our drivers as well as their training
• You actively support our warehouse processes and, in case of bottlenecks, also occasionally work as a driver in the delivery area

• You have completed a vocational training
• Practical experience as a driver is an advantage, and you hold a category C truck driving license as well as the CZV competence certificate
• You have good local knowledge of the Bern region and the Central Plateau
• You are IT-savvy and willing to familiarize yourself with new systems
• You have very good German language skills
• You are flexible regarding working hours
• You appreciate a varied "all-rounder activity" and enjoy working efficiently
