Your tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation of the reference care system
- Ensuring and checking proper documentation
- Quality assurance measures in the care and support of residents, taking economic conditions into account
- Responsibility and control of the proper storage and handling of medications, narcotics, and medical supplies
- Participation in internal reporting and planning conferences
- Ensuring occupancy as well as appropriate marketing and acquisition of new residents
- Responsibility for optimal personnel deployment planning and control as well as duty and vacation scheduling in compliance with legal requirements

- State-recognized degree in social pedagogy
- Several years of professional experience
- Strong leadership skills
