Thunstetten – Bützberg | Two villages, one vibrant community
Around 3,600 residents call Thunstetten and Bützberg their home. Nestled among forests and meadows, with views of the Jura chain and the Alps, the community combines rural quality of life with well-developed infrastructure and good transport connections via the neighboring communities' train stations.
At the Thunstetten–Bützberg elementary school, around 380 students are taught from kindergarten to 9th grade. The well-being of the children is at the center of our actions. We offer an attractive educational and care program, modern infrastructure, and a respectful collaboration between school, parents, and authorities.
To further develop our day school, we are looking for a committed personality as

Tasks
• Educational, personnel and organizational management of the day school
• Further development of the day school and strengthening its position as an integral part of the school
• Close and trusting cooperation with the school management and the education management
• Ensuring regular information flow and active exchange among all parties involved
• Design and maintenance of parent work (parent letters, parent evenings, events throughout the year)
Requirements
• Completed pedagogical training
• Networked thinking and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Cooperative, responsible personality with leadership qualities
• Interest in further developing and actively shaping structures
