Tasks
- Independent management of the real estate portfolios assigned to you within the team
- Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner and as tenant in rented properties
- Responsible for minor renovations and refurbishments as well as regular maintenance and for the acceptance and handover of rental properties
- Development of management and rental concepts with your supervisor
- Preparation of rental contracts and amendments including negotiations
- You maintain contacts with tenants, contractors, and authorities and ensure good relations among all parties
Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management
- You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
- You hold a category B driving license
