For the area of Research Art Education / PhD Subject Didactics Art & Design in the Department of Cultural Analysis and Mediation (DKV) at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), we are looking for a committed individual for a 1 April 2026 or by arrangement to fill a position:
Coordination Position, 50%
- Operational responsibility for business processes
- Executive assistance
- Coordination, communication, support, and documentation of program activities
- Operational responsibility for resource planning
- Coordination and handling of financial and personnel processes
- Administrative support for research projects
- Collaboration and interface with the Grants Office
- Completed degree (e.g., economics, humanities, social or administrative sciences, etc.) or comparable commercial/administrative training with several years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of project management methods
Professional experience:
- Experience in research or university management
- Several years of experience in administrative or organizational responsibility
- Experience in project or program coordination, ideally with third-party/funding projects
- Experience in resource and personnel planning
- Knowledge in finance and controlling (budget planning, accounting)
- Experience in supporting executives / management assistance
