To support the team, we are looking for an agreed-upon
The acute wards A1 fulfill their mission within psychiatric basic care with an average of 17 beds. The therapeutic offer includes a differentiated diagnosis and patient-specific treatment, support and therapy as well as planning of discharge management under psychological and biological social aspects. The diverse nursing offer with an additional recovery-oriented approach supports the lived reference person system.
To support the team, we are looking for an agreed-upon
Your tasks
- The specialist is jointly responsible for nursing quality assurance and development on the ward on behalf of the ward management. The nursing staff work recovery-oriented and are involved in specific treatment offers such as psychoeducation and mindfulness groups
- Fulfillment of the ward's care mandate under the aspect of best practice as well as participation in nursing quality development and quality assurance
- Responsible for the development and review of evidence-based therapeutic group offers and establishment in the ward's nursing concept
- Management of specialist projects
- Exemplary work at the base in applying the nursing process in the function as nursing reference person
- Mentor nursing process: assessment collection, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
Your profile
- Completed, recognized professional training in the nursing field FH, (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas) or equivalent further training
- High professional, social and self-competence and high resilience as well as flexibility
- High motivation and ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting work environment
- Good communication skills as well as innovative and solution-oriented action
