We are looking for a
Chef de Partie
Requirements:
- completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- some experience in all stations as Chef de Partie
- professional experience in event and seminar hospitality is an advantage
- high social competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
- independent and clean working style
- good knowledge of German and English
- MS Office skills are an advantage
- resilient and flexible willingness to work
- confident and clean appearance
- HACCP knowledge
- excellent, fair social skills
- respectful handling of the provided work and food materials.
Tasks:
- Checking deliveries
- Maintaining the cold chain
- Working at all kitchen stations
- Contributing own ideas to help shape the menu
- Room hour only in exceptional cases.
