 We are looking for a 

Chef de Partie

Requirements:

• completed professional training as a cook EFZ
• some experience in all stations as Chef de Partie
• professional experience in event and seminar hospitality is an advantage
• high social competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
• independent and clean working style
• good knowledge of German and English
• MS Office skills are an advantage
• resilient and flexible willingness to work
• confident and clean appearance
• HACCP knowledge
• excellent, fair social skills
• respectful handling of the provided work and food materials.

Tasks:

• Checking deliveries
• Maintaining the cold chain
• Working at all kitchen stations
• Contributing own ideas to help shape the menu
• Room hour only in exceptional cases.
