Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational real estate management (including accounting) of a diverse portfolio
- Independent management of an exciting and versatile real estate portfolio
- Professional and personnel leadership of a well-coordinated department
- Ensuring professional support for tenants, users, and service providers
- Optimization of internal processes as well as further development of procedures and standards
- Responsibility for and/or support of construction and maintenance projects in cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Management of escalation cases, e.g., in rental relationships as well as offer and contract management
Expectations
- Basic training in real estate management and corresponding further education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Leadership experience and enjoyment of responsibility
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Networked and analytical thinking
- Confident appearance, persuasiveness, reliability, and service orientation
