To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and competent person as Head of Body Shop for our Winterthur branch by agreement.
Your tasks
- Overall management of the department through professional leadership of around 12 employees and apprentices as well as economic handling to meet the agreed target and guideline values
- Ensuring and maintaining a powerful and efficient organization including flawless repair and service performance
- Support and coordination of specialist concerns between service advisors and the workshop
- Maintaining customer/supplier relationships through personal contacts as well as acquiring new customers
- Ensuring the economical use and further development of the subordinate employees
- Continuous process optimization regarding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and capacity planning
- Professional training and leadership of apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of bodywork as well as commercial further education, a qualification as workshop coordinator is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in bodywork and proven leadership experience
- Communicative leader with experience and high customer and employee orientation
- High social competence, willingness to perform, flexibility, and organizational skills
- Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German skills in spoken and written form and a valid driving license category B complete your profile
- Willingness to develop further
