Your Tasks

Support and assistance to customer advisors throughout the entire customer care cycle – focusing on risky and impaired private and corporate client positions from all sales units
Ensuring high-quality and timely business preparation, processing, and contract issuance
Direct contact person for our team-supported customers – especially for corporate clients with COVID loans (in case of bankruptcy or misuse) as well as credit balances with money laundering issues
Telephone support for customers during the termination of business relationships
Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices and support in the training of trainees and interns
Proactive identification and implementation of process and service optimizations

Your Profile

Completed commercial basic training
Advanced training or currently in training (e.g., professional certificate, HF, Bachelor, or equivalent degree)
Experience in financing business, preferably in the business or corporate client area
Solid knowledge in handling financing transactions
Empathetic and convincing personality with a strong service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
Affinity for IT applications and programs
