Mission:
- Lead the planning (SIA phases 2 and 3), ensuring compliance with technical, financial objectives, and deadlines.
- Ensure the planning of district heating network projects by focusing on key phases of design: the preliminary study (SIA 2) to define needs and constraints, the project study (SIA 3) to develop technical solutions, and the establishment of the tender dossier (SIA 4) to ensure rigorous competition. The goal is to meet technical requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
- Prepare building permit applications, in collaboration with the Design and Engineering department or independently;
- Ensure the establishment of necessary agreements and easements for the deployment of the network, in coordination with the relevant entities of the group;
- Supervise field surveys, sizing, and introductory visits with internal stakeholders;
- Draft tender documents for civil engineering works and coordinate the submission process with suppliers;
Profile:
- Technician diploma ES in project management or equivalent training, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in civil engineering project management;
- Strong knowledge of construction industry stakeholders and good project management skills;
- Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office, Messerli, AutoCAD; a general affinity with digital is an asset;
- Autonomy, organizational skills, initiative, and collaboration spirit, comfortable in contacts and negotiations;
