Customer Service Clerk 60%

Your tasks:
- You warmly welcome our customers at customer service
- You serve our customers professionally (including cash handling)
- You inspire as a host and live this at customer service and the cash registers
- You handle customer inquiries by phone as well as in writing (email/chat)
- You manage the telephone/alarm center
- You professionally handle customer complaints
- You advise our customers about our LOEB club cards
- General administration and office work
- General support of the department and various logistical tasks
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial basic education or equivalent training (e.g., customer dialogue specialist or retail training with commercial school)
- You have a neat, fashionable, resilient, customer-oriented, open, and proactive personality
- You have very good MS Office skills and are confident in administration
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French and English (any additional language is appreciated by our international customers)
- Flexibility regarding working hours (department store opening hours Monday-Saturday)
