Together with the Release Train Manager and the People Manager, you form a strong leadership team that strategically aligns and further develops the ART. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with leadership skills – ensuring that ideas become market-ready solutions.

Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Delivery Lead
Your area of responsibility and design
- Together with the teams, you ensure that the delivery process runs smoothly and collaboration works seamlessly.
- You recognize dependencies early and remove obstacles before they grow larger.
- You moderate central ceremonies such as PI plannings, reviews, or retrospectives with structure and energy.
- You actively shape the software and system architecture – sustainably, efficiently, and future-oriented.
- As a coach, you strengthen teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in agile methods and promote our Lean-Agile culture.
- Quality is not an extra for you: with Built-In Quality principles and in Communities of Practice, you ensure high standards.
What you should bring
- A completed degree (MSc) and at least 2 years of experience as a software architect.
- Several years of practice as a Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master and a deep understanding of Scrum and SAFe.
- Technical experience with .NET, C#, Node.js, PostgreSQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, MS SQL Server.
- Bonus points if you are also familiar with DevOps, Cloud (AWS, Azure), containerization (Kubernetes), and core system integrations.
- Strong communication skills, talent for moderation, and the ability to simplify complex topics to the point.
- A structured and independent way of working with a lot of initiative.
