Your new workplace

Pflegezentrum Baar consists of two buildings with different departments. During the night shift, you take responsibility for an assigned area, from Geriatrics Departments 1-3 or our dementia departments. If you want an independent area of responsibility, then our offer will appeal to you.

Health Specialist (Night Shift)

What can you expect from us?

• You determine your workload yourself; we are open and can offer you a workload from 40 - 100%.

What does your workday look like?

• You are independently responsible for an area during the night and are the contact person for residents and relatives.
• As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, manage the nursing documentation, and implement concepts in the areas of kinaesthetics, basal stimulation, and validation. 
• Complete performance recording in the electronic nursing documentation is also part of your tasks. 

What do you bring with you?

• For this role, you have completed training at the Health Specialist EFZ level or an equivalent and certified training recognized in Switzerland. 
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
• Humor, solution orientation, and passion for the profession complete your profile.
