In this central role, you accompany international patients throughout their entire stay in our clinics. You ensure tailored medical and logistical care – discreet, efficient, and service-oriented. Your task begins with the first contact and includes comprehensive care before, during, and after the patient's stay.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of individual patient stays – outpatient or inpatient
- Close collaboration with medical, administrative, and hospitality-related departments
- Creation of customized medical offers and recommendation of suitable complementary services for direct inquiries or via partners (agencies, consulates, etc.)
- Ensuring a personal VIP reception as well as comprehensive care of patients on site
- Administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and sending medical documents
- Building and maintaining relationships with international partners and patients and commitment to very high service quality
- Complaint management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, high sense of responsibility
- Degree as MPA, hotel management school, or in a comparable profession in the health or service sector
- At least 3 years of experience in caring for and advising international clients
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and familiar with dealing with very demanding international clientele
- Dynamic, proactive personality with high adaptability
- Independent team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, and knowledge of French is a must; other languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and Outlook
