Proficient in MS Office, experience in Gastronovi is a plus.

The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with various gastronomy venues and a centrally located accommodation. The group includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the popular
Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-visited bar "B5 to be", the Bistro B5 and Lädeli B5 to go.
For our bistro area in Hotel Berchtold, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an upbeat, initiative front personality as:
Teamleader Bistro 100% (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
Supporting employees in daily operational business
Care, advice and service of our guests in the bistro and at the take-away counter
Preparation of the homemade food offer (flammkuchen, bagels, salads, etc.)
General mise-en-place work for service preparation
Deployments at events and banquets
Support in the coordination & purchasing of products for our shop
Assistance in scheduling for the service departments
Compliance with and implementation of company standards
Inventory (2x per year), support with ordering and goods control
Design of food and drink menus, programming & maintenance of the cash register system (Gastronovi)
You bring with you:
As an organizational talent and empathetic leader, you put employees first and lead them to success. The joy and passion for our industry can be felt in you and is contagious.
Completed training in the hotel industry
Leadership experience is an advantage
Fluent language skills in Swiss German
Professional appearance and a neat appearance are required
You are proficient in MS Office, experience in Gastronovi & Mirus is an advantage
Attractive working hours await you (08:00 - 18:00), a large number of regular guests as well as a young and dynamic team.
