Polymechanic – Assembly of Complex Systems
Activities
- Participation in temporary project-specific assemblies for factory testing of turbo compressor systems
- Setting, aligning, and assembling the machine train (engine – gearbox – compressor)
- Construction of foundations from reinforced steel beams and tension cubes
- Connecting auxiliary systems (lubricating oil, sealing, and supply systems)
- Assembly and disassembly work for commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting
- Support during hot commissioning and customer acceptance
Requirements
- Polymechanic EFZ specialization in assembly (mandatory)
- Experience in heavy machinery or plant construction
- Enjoyment of mechanical processing
- Experience or willingness to handle heavy loads and overhead cranes
- Team spirit, personal responsibility, and enthusiasm for self-organized work
