To complement our team, we are looking for an Executive Chef (m/f/d) 100% in a permanent position starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

We are a young, dynamic team and are looking for a motivated Executive Chef! Our passion is for classic French cuisine, which we present with modern accents.

This is what you can expect from us: 

• Operational leadership of approximately 10 kitchen staff
• Active participation in the kitchen 
• Fresh products presented in a classic but also creative way
• Overview of budget, purchasing, and food costs 
• High quality standards in the kitchen for yourself and the staff 
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Theoretical and practical training of apprentices

This is what you bring: 

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
• Enthusiasm for culinary arts, service excellence, and guest care
• High commitment, organizational strength, quality awareness, and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a positive demeanor
• Flexibility and resilience, even on weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
