For our Strategic Growth Solutions division, we are looking for a committed Field Sales Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date at the location in Wallisellen, full-time.
In this role, you will drive the strategic and operational development of our business with Broadcom – Symantec/Carbon Black/CA.
Your detailed tasks
• Strategy & Development: Further development and implementation of the manufacturer strategy in coordination with corporate goals.
• Target Setting & Implementation: Definition, control, and achievement of manufacturer targets based on sound business plans.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with manufacturers, system houses, and resellers.
• Market Analysis & Innovation: Identification of market trends and development of innovative concepts for future-oriented solutions.
• Partner Acquisition & Development: Targeted acquisition and promotion of partners through tailored measures and programs.
• Sales Support: Professional support of sales in project business as well as consulting our reseller customers.
• Knowledge Transfer: Design and implementation of workshops, webinars, and training for business partners.
• Content & Communication: Creation and preparation of information for internal and external target groups.
• Forecast & Controlling: Monitoring and ensuring forecast targets as well as regular success measurement.
• Marketing: Active participation in shaping marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen our market presence.
You bring with you
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally with distribution experience.
Solid technological knowledge in the areas of security, cloud technologies, and related topics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Convincing presentation skills and confident, professional demeanor.
Willingness to travel (primarily within Austria).
