Responsibilities:
As a consultant, you will work with leading public clients at regional, cantonal and national levels.
Your mission is to provide strategic and operational expertise, contribute to business development, and lead consulting projects focused on regional development, public policy instruments and circular economy integration.
Within your work, you will:

Actively participate in a multi-stakeholder project to share experiences in regional development in Switzerland

Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder dialogues and participatory processes.

Prepare high-quality, decision-oriented reports, policy briefs and presentations for decision-makers.

Lead work packages and projects independently, ensuring quality, timelines and stakeholder coordination.

Contribute actively to business development, including proposal writing and methodological design.

Advise cantons, regions and municipalities on the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies related to regional development, innovation, sustainability and circular economy.

Your Capabilities

You have extensive experience working with the public sector (cantons, regions, municipalities) in Switzerland and are a passionate professional who wants to make a significant contribution to sustainable and local development.

You have strong consulting skills to help our clients articulate their needs and design innovative and value-added solutions.

You have experience in supporting the design, development and evaluation of public policies in Switzerland.
-
You have good knowledge of circular economy concepts applied to policy contexts.
-
German is your mother tongue, and you have excellent proficiency in both English and French.
Qualifications / Experience:

You have a Master's degree or equivalent in public administration, economics, political science or a related field.
-
You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of regional development and circular economy. Experience in the Swiss context is a must.

You are a methodical and organized person with proven project management and decision-making skills.

You can provide references demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

You have a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
