This is what you bring:
- experience in the service sector, preferably in healthcare
- ideally training as a restaurant specialist EFZ / service specialist EBA
- knowledge of current service techniques / cash register accounting
- very good manners and understanding of elderly people
- good knowledge of German
Your tasks:
- performing all service tasks as well as assisting at events
- working in room service
- independent management of the service station
- carrying out daily closings
- co-responsibility for cleanliness and order in the dining rooms
- reporting observations about changes in the health status of residents to the superior or the daily nursing responsibility
- compliance with hygiene regulations
- mutual support within the team
