Your Tasks
- As a practice coordinator, you plan, structure, and are responsible for practical nursing training as well as training for medical assistants and act as a contact person and link between theoretical and practical training
- Organization and coordination of practical assignments for interns, voluntary social year participants, and trainees
- Close cooperation with cooperating practical facilities
- Support and professional guidance of practice instructors
- Support in the development of practice instructions
- Possibly conducting practice-oriented lessons in all courses
- Creation, design, and further development of the training plan according to the new training regulations in consultation with the nursing management and the responsible nursing specialist
- Integration of foreign nursing staff
- Exchange with cooperation partners
- Monitoring the training status
- Conducting reflection discussions with trainees
- Participation and involvement in public relations
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist
- Successfully completed further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
- At least two years of professional experience as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
- Your high nursing and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with and caring for people distinguish you
- Team orientation and ability to cooperate are natural for you
- You have the ability to work independently, organized, interdisciplinary, and sustainably as well as the willingness for continuous professional development
- A high sense of responsibility as well as pronounced communication skills
