• You gradually learn how insurance works and participate in various tasks, for example in processing offers, claims, or customer requests.
• You are in contact with our clients as well as your colleagues, by phone, email, or in person.
• In addition to your daily activities, you participate in exciting projects and contribute your own ideas.
• You actively participate in your development and discover the tasks and topics you particularly enjoy.

Your profile

• You are in your final year of compulsory schooling (middle or upper level) or already attend a post-compulsory school and have good academic results.
• You are interested in the world of insurance and want to understand how it works.
• You enjoy learning new things, are curious, and willingly take initiatives.
• You appreciate contact with others and enjoy working in a team.
• You think actively, ask questions, and bring your own ideas.
