Your tasks
- You are deployed worldwide at our customers and ensure the proper commissioning and successful production start-up of our systems
- On site, you accompany functional tests, carry out optimisations and support customers with technical queries. You conduct training and instructions so that customer personnel can operate our systems safely and efficiently
- Together with customers and internal departments, you carry out acceptance tests and ensure the required system performance
- Between your international assignments, you actively participate in assembly at our factory and support the mechanical construction as well as the electrical wiring of our machines
- In addition, you perform maintenance, service and adjustment work on existing systems and contribute your technical know-how to ongoing projects
- The international travel activity amounts to around 50% of your working time
Your profile
- Technical basic training in mechanical engineering, for example as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic or in a comparable professional environment. Knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, control technology or automation is an advantage
- You work in a structured manner, quickly analyse technical contexts and approach challenges in a solution-oriented way
- With your good English skills in spoken and written form, you communicate confidently in an international environment. Additional language skills are a plus
- You convince through your customer orientation, sense of responsibility and organisational skills
- You enjoy international assignments and appreciate the combination of workshop work and worldwide customer projects
