For our nutritional supplements and OTC brands we are looking for a
You will take on the strategic and operational brand responsibility for our food supplement brands (Mium Lab, French Mush, Pranarôm) and OTC brand (Betadina), ensuring through compelling communication and smart positioning that our brands are visible and impactful in pharmacies and drugstores, among healthcare professionals and end consumers.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of brand strategies for both B2B and B2C, including competitive analysis and market monitoring
Creation of claims, brand messages, and creative copy for various channels (print, digital, POS)
Content development of sales materials, social media kits, flyers, and newsletters in collaboration with our graphic designer
Organization of and participation in events and congresses
Development of digital campaigns in collaboration with our media agency (e-commerce, social media, Meta ads)
Preparation of presentations for sales meetings and internal training materials
Monitoring and reporting (including Google Analytics and performance analyses)
To succeed in this exciting role, you bring the following skills and qualifications:
Education and work experience:
Education in the medical/pharmaceutical field, combined with further training in marketing, business administration, or communications
OR a commercial background with further education or a degree in marketing/business and professional experience in the healthcare or OTC sector
At least two years of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of scientific contexts in the healthcare field, enabling you to assess product information, studies, and competitor products appropriately
Fluency in German and French
Strong hands-on mentality with a high level of motivation to take initiative and make a difference
Creative thinker with original marketing ideas, whether inside or outside the box
Flexible and independent working style
2 days of in-office presence in Zurich (office located within a 10-minute walk from the main train station); remote work for the remainder of the week
