- Planning and supervision of meetings including minute-taking and task management
- Clear internal and external communication in German and English

- Support in finance, HR, and other administrative processes
What you bring with you
- Professional training in the commercial field or in an equivalent nursing profession with commercial further education
- Professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare is desired.
- Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage.
- Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style as well as very good organizational skills.
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, resilience, and flexibility.
- Positive attitude, friendly and confident appearance as well as discretion and loyalty.
