As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests. Our land establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. In addition, we are the exclusive gastronomy partner of the Lucerne Fair and Pilatus Arena.

Here is what to do

Are you ready to become part of a dynamic team that lives HR with passion? Sarah and I are looking for a committed HR assistant who wants to actively help shape the HR world with us.

Together with your HR buddy Sarah, you take responsibility for a versatile and exciting administrative HR area and are in the middle of the action rather than just being there.

Personnel administration: You take care of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
Recruiting & Onboarding: You support the recruitment process and accompany new employees from the first contact to a successful start with us
Payroll: You actively participate in payroll processing and take on administrative tasks related to social security
Support: You are the first point of contact for our employees and managers for all administrative HR matters
Projects: You get involved in exciting HR projects, think along, and share your ideas

What we expect from you

You feel at home in the gastronomy world and know the L-GAV
You have completed or are willing to complete training as an HR assistant
Ideally, you bring 1 to 2 years of professional experience in personnel administration
You are interested in payroll and social security topics and like to familiarize yourself with them
You work confidently with MS Office. Experience with ERP or HR systems such as SwissSalary or Refline is a plus
You have a passion for HR, are curious, and eager to develop further
