Job description

• Betreuung unserer IT-Benutzer am Standort Arbon (~30 Mitarbeiter) im 1st Level Support
• Unterstützung des globalen IT-Teams mit Helping-Hands bei der Standortbetreuung bei IT-Problemen und Infrastrukturanpassungen
• Mitarbeit im globalen IT-Team im 1st Level Support mit möglichst grosser Lösungsrate beim Erstkontakt
• Weitergabe von 2nd Level Anfragen in die IT-Fachbereiche
• Mitarbeit bei IT-Informationen, Anwendungssupport im Office-Umfeld, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Anleitungen und IT-Trainings, Pflege von IT-Service-Stammdaten

Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit PC und Office-Anwendungen
• Erste Erfahrung im 1st Level User Support und direktem Kundenkontakt
• Erste Erfahrung in der Benutzerverwaltung in Active-Directory / Office 365
• Beim Anschluss von Computern, der Fehlereingrenzung beim IT-Anwender sowie der Einrichtung von Mobiltelefonen sind Sie sicher und können sich aus der Ferne anleiten lassen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
