You are the first person our customers meet when planning their trips. You play a key role in supporting and satisfying our customers. Thanks to your expertise, you ensure quality, personalized, and fast service while promoting the use of our mobility solutions. Your commitment directly contributes to the smoothness and reliability of public transport.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a public transport commerce employee or as a retail commerce manager in public transport
• You have experience in selling transport tickets or customer advising
• You speak perfect French and are able to communicate in German; knowledge of English is an asset
• You are comfortable using common office tools
• Known for your diplomacy, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation, you are flexible and enjoy teamwork
• Knowledge in the travel sector is an asset

Do these tasks inspire you?

• Welcome and advise customers at the point of sale
• Issue transport tickets and other products offered at the point of sale
• Support and assist customers in using digital channels
• Inform yourself about products offered by public transport in the region, Switzerland, and abroad
• Handle reservations and their follow-up
• Manage lost and found items and return them to customers
• Ensure the management of advertising material at the point of sale
• Ensure impeccable cash register management and accounting at the point of sale
