Your Area of Responsibility

• As an inspiring leader, you take overall responsibility for the cleaning service at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital with around 240 employees for the locations Lucerne, Sursee, and Wolhusen and ensure the highest hygiene standards
• You stand for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – both in maintenance and special cleaning
• With your know-how, you actively develop processes and structures further and bring your expertise specifically into construction and procurement projects of LUKS
• Sustainability and innovation are close to your heart: you drive digital solutions forward and make the cleaning processes at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital smarter and more efficient

Your Experience

• You have a completed HF/FH degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Business Administration
• Several years of leadership experience with large teams as well as enjoyment of intercultural collaboration characterize you
• You apply profound expertise in cleaning, hygiene, and infrastructural facility management in a targeted manner
• You convince with strong communication skills and bring experience in project and change management
