You can make a difference
<ul><li>You are responsible for the entire organization, scheduling, and leadership of at least 12 employees of the sauna & guest services team as well as for adhering to and implementing the house and bathing rules</li><li>You ensure that our safety regulations are followed and are responsible for order and cleanliness throughout the bathing and sauna area</li><li>With your winning, empathetic, and determined manner, along with your solid many years of leadership experience, you can inspire your team</li><li>You support and accompany bathing and sauna events for up to 150 people in collaboration with your team</li><li>Quality is very important to us; in this sense, you monitor compliance with our quality standards and train your team as well as new employees in your area.</li></ul>
You bring with you
<ul><li>Wellness is your passion and you feel comfortable in a tropical work environment</li><li>You have good social skills, several years of leadership experience, are a team player, and love guest contact</li><li>Training in the hotel industry, wellness sector, or a comparable qualification is desirable; experience in bathing supervision and sauna area is an advantage</li><li>You have a good command of the German language and good knowledge of French</li><li>You are proficient with a PC and familiar with common PC programs</li><li>You demonstrate your flexibility with your willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to take on shifts if needed.</li></ul>
