Project Manager in Approval Processes (50%)
You advise clients on building permits, review applications, organize project meetings, and thus form an important part of the Develop-Plan-Build team.
Allschwil is one of the largest municipalities in Northwestern Switzerland and is an innovative suburban community. The proximity to Basel shapes Allschwil's character, without the municipality losing its political and mental independence.
In light of dynamic developments and large construction projects, we are looking for a
Project Manager in Approval Processes (50%)
Your main tasks include
- Reviewing building applications
- Advising clients on building permit inquiries
- Creating working papers, templates, and reports
- Organizing and documenting the Building Committee and the Local Core Working Group
- Providing professional support for special use and neighborhood planning
- Participating in site inspections and negotiations
- Occasional representation of building applications in the municipal council
- Reviewing subsidy applications
We expect from you
- Training as an architect or civil engineer ETH, FH, or as a certified construction manager in building construction, technician in construction planning, specialization in architecture, draftsman EFZ
- Knowledge of the building approval process and building regulations at all relevant levels
- Independent and precise working style, customer-oriented thinking, and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Communicative and convincing appearance as a professional towards clients, partners, and authorities
- Good general IT skills (MS Office)
