You support our dealers in the Northeast Switzerland region - either directly at our customers' sites or at ZUGORAMA St. Gallen.
This position offers you
- You expand the market share – with excellent customer management, acquisition of new business opportunities, maintenance of existing relationships, as well as contract and price negotiations
- You actively shape the sales strategy in Electronic Retail Trade – analyze market trends and customer needs and strengthen brand presence through sales promotions, training, events, and building new partnerships
- You take over negotiation of terms, prices, and delivery conditions with external business partners as well as the creation of offers, contracts, and relevant documents
- You work closely with internal teams, support trade partners according to market strategy, and assist with new product launches
- You are responsible for sales targets and budget specifications in the market segment – including the creation of reports and analyses for success control
- You conduct market analyses, collect customer feedback, and monitor competitors to adjust the business strategy. You also regularly report progress, challenges, and results to the relevant departments
You bring the following to the position
- Several years of sales experience in retail or B2B, ideally in the home appliance industry or related sectors, as well as proven success in customer support, negotiation, and business development
- You are familiar with market trends in the replacement business and are confident with CRM systems and MS Office
- You are characterized by communication and negotiation skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking to evaluate growth potentials together with customers
- An independent, structured, and team-oriented working style makes you successful in a dynamic environment
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships comes easily to you because you have a strong customer orientation
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form are required. French or Italian are a plus
