Your profile
- Commercial basic training or completed apprenticeship with commercial experience
- High willingness to perform and resilience including multitasking ability
- Good German skills; French and Italian are an additional plus
- Leadership experience is a must
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as careful working methods
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and teamwork skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in creating reports, statistics, and customer documents
Your tasks
- Team leadership of the back office
- Planning and deployment of the resources provided
- Creating and managing training materials
- Contact person for the rest of the operation on various administrative topics
- Customer support and advice
- Responsibility for implementing activities/measures agreed with customers
- Management of the Core Logistics System
- Recording orders and creating delivery notes and labels
- Controlling/reporting of the discussed activities & measures
