Your Tasks

Ensuring the functionality of the building management system, access control system, video surveillance system, door management system, alarm server, patient call system, and other systems

Continuous monitoring of the control technology to ensure smooth operation of the systems

System-supported troubleshooting in the HVACSE trades

Optimizing the building automation system to increase energy efficiency and user comfort

Obtaining necessary quotes as well as accompanying and supervising service and repair work (spare parts / repairs by external companies)

Implementing the maintenance concept according to internal guidelines (system responsibility)

Leading projects during the renovation of infrastructure buildings and systems

Your Profile

Completed training as an electrician / automation technician / building technician EFZ or HF

Professional experience with building management systems, ideally Desigo CC

Further education in system technology or electrical engineering

Interdisciplinary knowledge (automation, control system, network, system knowledge)

Knowledge in the HVACSE area is an advantage

Knowledge in configuring software, devices, networks, and bus systems (KNX, BACnet, Modbus, IP)

Confident handling and use of technical documents such as diagrams, plans, and schematic diagrams

Analytical thinking, structured approach, solution-oriented working style

High sense of responsibility
