Project Manager Digital Health (80 – 100%)

Your tasks include project management for the introduction and support of our clinical information system KISIM in Swiss hospitals. You are the primary contact person for customers, analyze their needs, and advise on mapping clinical processes in KISIM. You coordinate the internal CISTEC tasks and are responsible for efficient project management to achieve qualitative, timely, and financial goals. You also support customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations. You represent CISTEC at various customer events.

Your profile

• You are structured and confident
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally 5+ years
• You have proven success in leading and implementing multiple large projects, preferably in complex and interdisciplinary environments
• You think service-oriented and have a confident, convincing demeanor
• You are communicative, have high consulting competence, and value professional customer contact
• You find it easy to build trust and create a positive working atmosphere
• You think solution-oriented and are not blocked by problems
• You act skillfully in negotiation situations and find compromises without losing sight of project goals
• You are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and know the processes and structures in hospitals
• You have experience in requirements engineering and developing implementation specifications
• Practical experience with clinical information systems, possibly KISIM, is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of at least one common project methodology is an advantage
