The Electrical Energy Department operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies, and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.
Mission:
- Lead multidisciplinary projects for the renewal of production equipment of hydroelectric facilities operated by Groupe E (turbines, alternators, automation), during the study, realization, and commissioning phases
- Manage project teams composed of internal and external experts to the company (engineers, suppliers, subcontractors), ensuring effective and results-oriented collaboration
- Develop and adjust project schedules taking into account technical, economic, and operational constraints related to energy production
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives for all projects under your responsibility, while proactively managing risks.
Profile:
- Engineering degree in mechanics or electricity
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the operation or construction of electrical production equipment
- In-depth knowledge of the operation of hydroelectric facilities
- Experience managing major multidisciplinary projects in the field of hydraulic production or electrical energy
- Sense of responsibility and teamwork, conceptual mindset, good communication and writing skills. Negotiation skills in German and English.
