Your tasks
- Record patient data in the hospital information system, create treatment cases, and manage digital files.
- Inform patients about treatment contracts and costs
- Coordinate appointments with wards and other departments and assist with bed allocation.
- Handle phone calls and emails, as well as administrative tasks such as cash management and digitization of documents.
- Support patients in moving into their rooms
- Prepare blood samples
- Write EKS
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with hospital information systems
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor as well as a structured and conscientious way of working
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
