Your tasks
- Ensuring smooth operational processes as well as active participation in daily business to support the team
- Leading a team of around 15 employees including deployment planning, employee discussions (MAB), and promotion of professional development
- Organizing and conducting served events and functions, from planning and participation to billing
- Responsibility for the proper training of our apprentices
- Further development and monitoring of the HACCP concept (hygiene) as well as training of employees
- Ensuring daily cash reconciliations[RV1] and system administration (TCPOS), as well as posting the associated delivery notes
Your profile
- Completed basic training as EFZ restaurant specialist supplemented by further training as department head in catering or gastro operations manager with federal diploma / HFP or a comparable qualification (hotel management school HF, HFP)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good comprehension and high service orientation as well as high physical and mental resilience
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
