Building Technician (m/f/d)
Work location: Multisites – Valais Region
Activity rate: 80-100%
Start date: Immediately or to be defined
Department: Facility Services Management
Your tasks
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve faults independently (analyses, adjustments, measurements).
- Manage intervention tickets (via Planon) and document technical operations.
- Advise and assist clients in the use and management of their equipment.
- Plan and execute service missions at different sites.
- Participate in administrative tasks and general maintenance (including exteriors).
- Ensure on-call service in rotation, with availability in case of malfunction.
- Completed technical training (heating engineer, sanitary installer, electrician, mechatronics technician, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical maintenance of buildings or in a similar field (HVAC, electricity, etc.).
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office) and ease with digital platforms (like Planon).
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility, with a strong customer orientation and good priority management.
- Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for well-done work.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Driving license B required.
- Demonstrated reliability: extract from the criminal record and certificate from the Office of Debt Enforcement required.
