We are looking for an internal consultant for our Business Process Services team in Allschwil as part of the Corporate IT team to globally ensure the functionality and further development of the SAP FI and CO modules.
Job Description
As an SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant, you are a key player in the configuration and customization of the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in the SAP system, with the main goal of refining our financial processes and maximizing their efficiency. Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring the performance of the FI/CO function in collaboration with the corporate finance department and local controllers.
- Maintaining the SAP Group Customizing (30 units worldwide)
- Identifying improvements and managing implementation in cooperation with the Stäubli divisions
- Understanding the business requirements and offering solutions for our existing financial solutions as well as defining the corresponding technical specifications
- Ensuring proper integration into the Stäubli IT ecosystem
- Organizing and testing solutions
- Supporting finance and controlling key users
- Contributing to continuous improvement
- Participating in the future migration from SAP ECC6 to S4/HANA
Qualifications
- BSc in Finance, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid expertise in finance and controlling
- Experience in mapping financial and controlling processes in the SAP FI/CO module
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules, including customizing
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- French skills are an advantage; other languages are welcome
- Analytical thinking and efficient as well as precise working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact, high social competence, and discretion
- Willingness to travel occasionally
