To strengthen our Spitex team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and empathetic psychiatric nurse HF for the outpatient area.

Psychiatric Nurse HF, Spitex

Your tasks

• Care, support, and assistance for clients with psychiatric illnesses in the home environment
• Implementation of psychiatric care according to the nursing process
• Promotion of clients' independence, resources, and stability 
• Close cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialist agencies
• Proper nursing documentation and reporting
• Independent planning of assignments
• Crisis intervention and counseling of relatives

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF with a focus on psychiatry
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field, ideally in Spitex or in an outpatient setting
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, resilience, and empathy
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Driver's license category B
