• Contact person for internal communication and employer branding for the Service Division 
• Coordination of communication measures and messages for over 80 locations worldwide
• Design and implementation of division-wide projects in coordination with Group Communications
• Creation of communication content (intranet posts, social media posts and videos, employee magazine, etc.)
• Consulting and coaching of managers in dealing with changes

• Completed studies in communication, marketing, journalism, or comparable education
• Solid know-how in creating texts and digital communication formats 
• Experience in an internationally decentralized company and in implementing cross-country projects is an advantage
• Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of international collaboration
• Fluent language skills in German and English
