The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic for inpatient treatment of addiction diseases as well as addiction and trauma-related disorders. The clinic is recognized by health insurance companies, has a service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders, and is listed on the cantonal hospital list.

training position for Certified Nursing Specialist HF (m/f/d), 100% in Gontenschwil starting in spring or autumn 2025

Your tasks:

• In cooperation with a certified nursing specialist, you accompany our patients back to a self-determined life
• Ensure professional, targeted, and individual care of our patients without basic care
• Co-care of reference patients according to the in-house DBT addiction concept
• Participation and possible leadership of indication groups/psychoeducation groups
• Crisis management in consultation with the interdisciplinary team
• Support with medical procedures, rounds, emergencies
• Medical procedures such as ECG, laboratory, dressing changes, and collection of drug urine samples
• Participation in interdisciplinary reports and status discussions

Your profile:

• Completed secondary level II (completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or specialized middle school certificate or high school diploma)
• Passed aptitude assessment of HFGS Aarau at the time of contract conclusion
• Independent mobility, as there are no public transport options to the clinic depending on the shift time
• Integrity, composure, and resilience
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Flexibility in scheduling
