The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. We are looking for, by arrangement, a:
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- Expert, qualified work in the entire laundry cycle
- Deputizing for the laundry team leader in their absence
- Leading and guiding employees in cooperation with the team leader
- Compliance with the specified quality standards
- General mending and sewing work
- Cleaning tasks
- Compliance with and ensuring hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Our requirements:
- Specialist in hotel housekeeping EFZ, textile care EFZ, or many years of experience in the laundry sector
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Networked and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Organizational skills and logical understanding of processes
- MS Office knowledge (Outlook and Word)
- Friendly appearance and good manners
- Empathy for the concerns of elderly people
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High resilience and flexibility
- Reliability as well as a high quality awareness
