As an IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our services with a secure basic infrastructure and state-of-the-art applications. Together with you, we advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.
Is IT customer service your profession? For this purpose, as the IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for an ICT service desk employee
- You collect support requests and fault reports through various channels
- You forward more complex cases to second-level support with a clear description of the error
- You analyze and solve problems, documenting the various steps in an understandable way
- You keep track of support requests and ensure they are processed accurately
- You prepare and keep up-to-date clear instructions for users as well as documentation for the team
- Training or professional development in IT or several years of experience in first-level support
- High user and service orientation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Structured, team- and solution-oriented working method
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
